What does leadership mean to you? is it a role? a hat you wear? or is it something more than that?

To me, leadership is a continuously evolving lifelong journey that continues to shape the kind of leader you have the potential to be. I feel the best leaders continue to evolve and are resilient when faced with failure and rejection, They push on and empower others to evolve with them. These are the people who will silently change the world and remind it that hope isn't lost and together we can make positive changes.
