Happiness Journals

Nearly 2 years ago I started a 5-year happiness journal. Today I looked back at what I wrote on 23-Jan-2017 and 23-Jan-2016. In 2017, It was flowers I received from my husband and in 2016 it was "fluffy socks". Writing down what makes you happy can be eye-opening. Imagine how much data you can collect on yourself so you can have a "happiness advantage". Yes there is a TED talk all about this.
