Great Leaders

Are you a good leader? If you set goals for yourself and you accomplish them, I am sure you are. So what makes a great leader then? I believe a great leader is someone who is willing to have shared success even it takes a while longer to get there. They put themselves in check and often take a step back and are well aware that leading is about rallying behind the people they support, the leaders they create and take with them along their journey to the top, People who will support them in return in the future, possibly even at a point in time when they least expect it and these new leaders will do that without even being asked.
