Teaching People How to Treat You

Today I was reminded about how my actions can shape the way I'm treated. How I show up each day matters. How I treat everyone each day matters. I tend to spread kindness as much as possible because I know this world needs it! It is equally important though and a reminder for all who are givers that your leadership brand is also defined by what you allow, what you stop and what you continue to reinforce.
