Celebrate Small Wins

What small win did you have today? I am always amazed by how small wins can lead to BIG outcomes. Empowerment is an incredible thing, it is sometimes the very thing we lack when it comes to employee motivation. We tend to focus too much on what went wrong, what may go wrong and what we do not have today. If I think back to what I consider my largest "well-intentioned failures", I always remember how the biggest success that followed in my career began with a win that flew under the radar for most of my colleagues.
