I realised at a young age that doing things differently would mean you might have to stand out. Standing out means you won't always be included but the real question is how do you get the world to include others like yourself?

All it takes is one person, one idea, one step, one action, one smile and one thank you to completely change the world for someone else.

Leadership journeys are full of ups and downs and we all experience them but we sometimes forget they are journeys without timelines that continue as long as we believe in something bigger than ourselves.
